My goals as an instructor are to inspire students to find comfort in exploring the unknown and to encourage true learning that can be applied both inside and outside of the classroom.

I use a combination of hands-on activities, active learning techniques, and real-world examples to promote learning that results in a permanent change in knowledge, rather than successful short-term performance.
